Terms and Conditions: Services

The services agreement is between Sanderling Creative and You, the authorized representative of  “Client” (hereinafter referred to as “Client”), for work commencing in the capacity of offering marketing services and Squarespace website design.

MARKETING SERVICES FEES, CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Payment terms are listed for each service, and to guarantee a booking a 50% of the agreed fee is required before the work starts.

Once Client has scheduled a service for a specific time and date, any subsequent cancellation or rescheduling may result in a fee according to the following schedule:

Reschedule by Client

• If Client needs to reschedule their Service for any reason please get in touch as soon as possible so we can reschedule.

Cancellation by Client

• If Client needs to cancel a Service for any reason, they may do so with 7 days or more written notice. A cancellation fee of 30% of the booked rate may apply and the Client will be refunded any remaining balance of fees paid. This is at the discretion of Sanderling Creative.

Reschedule by Sanderling Creative

If Sanderling Creative desires to reschedule a Service the Client will be provided with at least 7 days written notice. The Client may choose whether to reschedule at no additional cost or to receive a refund of all fees paid.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Sanderling Creative offers a seven day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If Client is unhappy with the quality of the service, Client may request a refund in writing within 7 calendar days from the date the service is concluded.

OWNERSHIP

The results of any and all work performed by Sanderling Creative for Client, including original creative work, will remain the property of Client. Client may use these materials in any way deemed appropriate. Client grants a royalty-free and permanent license to use representations of any work provided in their portfolio in all types of media, as a sample of past works, in trade publications, and educational materials.
