When you purchase a Squarespace Template, you will receive a link to accept the template as a new website.

We will always do our best to have your template sent within 1-2 business days, but please understand that this time frame may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. This time frame may be extended over holiday and weekend periods.

Once the template is added into your account, the ownership is transferred to you, and is no longer ours. It is your responsibility to add your own content and edit the site as you wish. If you make any accidental changes to the template we cannot come back into the site and reverse them.

A purchase of a Template includes your chosen template sent to you only once: If you make any accidental changes to your template and want the template sent again, or, if you don’t accept the invitation to your new template within 12 months of purchase and your free trial expires, then you will have to repurchase the template so we can prepare it and send it again.

Your template will come into your account on a free trial. If you let this free trial run out Squarespace will mark your website for deletion. If your website gets deleted and you want the template resent, you will have to repurchase the template so we can prepare and send it again. Avoid letting your trial run out by asking Squarespace support for a trial extension, or upgrading your site to a paid plan.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the templates, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot issue refunds after the purchase is made so please be sure to read all the relevant information and FAQs on our website and on Squarespace’s website before your purchase. If you have any questions please contact us.

SUPPORT

We are happy to help you with any issues relating to the template, including the files you have received, the design, the build, and any problems that may arise with these.

Unfortunately, we are not able to help with general Squarespace related questions, template modifications, coding modifications or any problems that might arise from them, or any problems you are having with software. Squarespace have their own help section on their website as well as training videos and website support.

We offer support via email (support@sanderlingcreative.com) and aim to respond within 1-2 business days.

COPYRIGHT

Each website template purchase may be used for one project or website only, as in one template for one Squarespace website, and not be used more than once. If you want to build multiple websites with the same template, you must purchase it again each time or contact us for a different license.

If you are using the template to build a design for a client, you are prohibited from claiming or promoting these designs as your own. You may not resell the design or claim the design as your own. 

Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only, and is copyrighted to its original creator and should be replaced. We hold no liability for any image copyright issues that may arise through your use of the images supplied with the template.

The template designs are copyrighted by Sanderling Creative who may use the completed design in a template showcase, on sales pages, or on social media sites for demonstration or promotion purposes.

Each Sales Page template purchase may be used for one project or business only, although you may reuse the templates as many times as you wish within that one project or business.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that you will need a Squarespace subscription to use the templates, and their current hosting prices can be found on their website (https://squarespace.com/pricing). We offer a 10% discount on their annual plans with the code SANDERLING10.

You may need a Canva account or Photoshop to use these templates. Please read each template description carefully before you purchase. You will need a Canva paid account for best results and in order to use the creative elements included with your template. As an example, you cannot download elements with transparent backgrounds (as a PNG file) with a free Canva account.

You have lifetime access to the templates, but we cannot guarantee lifetime updates to the content. If a template has been retired or removed from the store, it will no longer be updated.
